Partners Bohden Tarantine and Lizbeth Dones grew up in the greater Los Angeles area, and have a combined 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

In October of 2023, burnt out from his chef job in Los Angeles, Bo pitched the idea to Liz to drop everything and move to Seattle, to make tacos. What kind of tacos? There was only one right answer, the king of tacos, al pastor. With that one idea, everything changed. It began almost a year of full on research and development, until they arrived at what they believed was the perfect taco. Nine months after that crazy idea, they moved to Seattle, and the rest they say, is history. Now, they are making Seattle’s finest al pastor tacos, to be found Sunday- Tuesday, at Fair Isle Brewery.
